Outcalls to hotels are preferred, but if you do want the appointment to take place at your residence please ensure the property is clean and sanitary, with absolute certainty we will be uninterrupted. I do not attend shared accommodation, the residence must be self contained.

I expect my boundaries to be adhered to which we may discuss in private, as I will yours. A happy booking is a mutually respectful one. If at any point I feel disrespect or I feel my safety is compromised, I reserve the right to leave the booking and no refund will be provided.
I will be freshly showered and perfumed for our meet (unless no perfume is requested). I expect the same courtesy to be returned. I will reserve the right to refuse any intimate acts if hygiene standards are not acceptable and there will
be no refund.
I expect a deposit to be paid to secure out date, this can be done via bank transfer, revolut, wise and should be paid as soon as possible, our date is unconfirmed until it is received. Deposits are not refundable.
If you cancel our date within 48 hours 50% of the total fee will be due (this does not include the deposit), if you cancel within 24 hours 100% of fee will be due if you wish to book again in future. Extended dates of 14 hours or more require 7 days notice or the full fee is payable. I may offer 50% of this fee to be used as a deposit to reschedule the same date duration to another time. This must be done within 30 days of the initial cancellation. I have cleared my schedule and deferred other appointments for our time, much like any other businesses.
I do not tolerate any racist, homophobic, transphobic or hate speech of any kind. Please respect this or I may terminate the appointment with no refund.
If I cancel the appointment you will receive your deposit back within 3 working days, if you cancel see above.
I understand extenuating circumstances can come up and if you need to re arrange our meeting you may carry over the deposit to a maximum of one time before the booking is voided and a new booking with a new deposit is required. This will need to be rebooked within 30 days. Misuse of this policy i.e. cancelling or amending multiple times may increase your deposit percentage to 50% or 100% for all future bookings.

Please note dates of 3 hours require at least a portion of social time, i.e. a drink or light snack before retiring to a more private setting. Dates of 4 hours or more require lunch or dinner (time of day dependent) to be included in our time together.
For bookings of 24 hours or more, I require at least 1 hour of exercise per 24 hours, together or separately and an hour of alone time for admin and check in time with my loved ones.
FMTY - I will book flights myself but accommodation must be arranged by you. reimbursement for travel costs must be made within 24 hours of notification from me that travel has been purchased. Our time together starts when I arrive, not whilst I am travelling to you.
Business or first class flights will be required for long haul flights for comfort, if you do not wish to do this then an extra day‘s accommodation will need to be booked for me to rest uninterrupted for 24 hours before I see you.
Accommodation for FMTY locations needs to be to a high standard, preferably 5 stars but 4 will be accepted providing you book a premium room such as a suite. If you do not want to do this, you will need to book me a separate room for me to sleep.
